That's for Proof Marked Glocks, there will be a three-letter code on the barrel which is different from the serial number. Only Proof Marked Glocks have that three-letter code on the barrel. Scroll down further in that thread and you'll see Glock serial number prefixes going alphabetically. They have test-fire dates for each. Not every serial number prefix is in the list, just find the one that's closest to yours and that'll give you an approximate test-fire date for yours.

You can call Glock and get the exact test-fire date and import date of your Glock, per the serial number. They cannot tell you when the gun was made.
