After downloading the latest update from Steam a few hours ago, I loaded my game to find all characters in a T pose. Now like many, I use mods, so I have already taken steps to rule out the possibility of mod incompatibility. Here is what I have done: 1: I have uninstalled Xp32 Maximum Skeleton Extended and tested a new game save with the vanilla skeleton rig. No change, all characters are in T-pose. 2: I have uninstalled Fores New Idles in Skyrim, deleted all custom animations and behaviour files. No change, T-pose persists on new game save.

XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended 3 is a completely redone version of 'XP32 Maximum Skeleton - XPMS' by xp32, for the 'HDT Physics Extension' and 'HDT Skinned Mesh Physics' and provides ingame customization features. XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended - XPMSE (HDT) HDT Physics Extensions (for armors) HDT SMP SKSE Plugin (for armors) MFVM - More Follower Voices Mod Plus Khajiit Marriage (for child voice) Heels Sound (for armors).

I have no other mods that edit either the skeleton or the animation. This leads me to believe the new update has caused this problem. As far as I am aware, the T pose is caused by animation or skeleton problems, not body shape meshes and textures or game setting changes in esp files. Although I have other mods, they are unrelated and should be safely ruled out. I will attempt to verify the integrity of the game cache, but I am not hopeful. Any advice would be appreciated.

All you had to do was to re-run the 'Generate FNIS for users' again. Whenever you add or remove anything to do with Character Skeletons, skeleton rigging, animations, add mods that modify any of those things, you need to re-run the FNIS for Users.exe again. Reinstall both the Xp32 Maximum Skeleton, and FNIS. And run the program. Make sure to save a shortcut either to your desktop or someplace you can easily remember. If you are adding or removing lots of mods, whether individually or in bulk, or if you are changing profiles either in Mod Organizer, or Nexus Mod Manager.

I've had the very same issue. No fix found so far and it only affects races you can play. I've tried a clean install with no mods, new saves, old saves, reinstalling and updating FNIS and XP32, trying new and old saves with and without both, running FNIS again, even fresh animation overhauls.

Every khajiit, nord, argonian, kid, adult, the works. They can talk but remain T-Posed just like my characters. Unable to move or fight back. Awkward seeing a small patrol of guards die to a single mudcrab.

No new mods between the creation club update and the T-Pose, just update and broken. I've got a good 800+ hours in skyrim so i'd rather be able to get back into it then lose it all to some issue bethesda created with their paid mod bs. Hopefully my post makes more aware that this isn't just a few people and not a passing issue. Even my monster mod that adds skeleton kids is giving me the T-Pose. Yet my humanoid monster enemies are working fine, skeletons and all. Fix or link to fix please.

Hello, first time modder and poster here. I have been following the STEP 2.10.0 guide to the letter and so far have found it very comprehensible and I greatly appreciate the work all you people do/have done to make that guide possible. I have a question regarding my decision to make a slight deviation from the STEP guide.

I wish to install the UNP body and I am confused as to which version of Realistic Ragdolls and Force I should install. According to the guide I should install the main file without the esp plugin if I intend to use the STEP extended patch (which I do). However when I read the Nexusmods page I see that the mod author recommends only installing the esp plugin and not the main file if any body mods are going to be used (which I assume UNP counts as). My question is do I need to install Realistic Ragdolls and force at all? Or just install XPMS extended and the UNP body and get the esp plugin from the STEP extended patch. Or should I just follow the STEP guide exactly as read and install UNP body somewhere around when I install the better males mod?

I apologize if this question has already been asked and answered somewhere else. Thank you for your assistance. XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended requires Realistic Ragdolls and Force so you should install these per the guide in the order specified. You do not need to install the plugin for Realistic Ragdolls and Force if you are installing the STEP Patches because this plugin has been merged into the patch. The way the guide is structures, XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended overrides the skeleton meshes in Realistic Ragdolls and Force and the body mods provide the meshes for the body but not the skeleton.

Xactimate 28 install. Not too shabby for a rival company.
